We are pleased to announce that, effective 9 September 2026, Ismayil Dadashov has been appointed to the role of Group Director, Special Projects & Chief of Staff.
A key focus of Ismayil’s expanded responsibilities will be leading CEO-sponsored and cross-functional special projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring strong coordination across stakeholders, effective execution, and alignment with the Group’s priorities. This will include facilities improvement initiatives across our oilfields and terminals, as well as other strategic assignments.
Ismayil will also oversee corporate events, including executive visits, and will represent the Group in relevant meetings, committees, and working groups as required.
Alongside his expanded responsibilities, Ismayil will continue to perform his Chief of Staff responsibilities, including coordinating Executive and Leadership Team meetings, following up on key decisions and accountabilities on behalf of the CEO, and serving as Secretary to the Advisory Board.
He will also continue to lead the Administration function, with responsibility for corporate facilities and workplace services.
