Therefore, we are proud to welcome the first participants of the GL Young Talent Program.
Launched in May 2026, the program received 436 applications from graduates across Azerbaijan. Following a rigorous selection process, six graduates were selected as its first participants.
Our Young Talents are working alongside experienced professionals across Reservoir Development & Technology, Drilling & Wells, Operations, and PSCM. The program provides them with opportunities to gain hands-on experience, develop their technical and professional capabilities, and contribute to projects supporting GL Group’s continued growth.
