GL Group held a Management Townhall Meeting. The purpose of the meeting was to review the achievements of recent years, engage in mutual dialogue with employees on strategic priorities and future plans.
The meeting, chaired by GL Group’s Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Advisory Board, Asif Zeynalov, served as an important platform for open dialogue and collaboration within the organization. Representatives of the leadership team and active employees from GL Group and its affiliated companies participated in the discussions, sharing their views on the topics on the agenda.
Discussions focused primarily on operational performance, technical capabilities, financial discipline, human resources, and corporate governance.
